“I feel incredibly lucky to be working for RCTX. Not only am I working with esteemed colleagues in the field, but I am able to provide my patients with the most current treatment recommendations, offer them clinical trials, and operate as much as possible.”
- Dr. Effie Rahman
“What I love most about RCTX is the uplifting work environment and the amiable staff. Their commitment to delivering outstanding patient care, coupled with compassion and respect towards every patient, truly stands out.”
- Dr. Christa Soekamto
“RCTX is a practice that values the highest quality of patient care as well as practice-wide camaraderie, personal career and academic advancement, and a work-hard play-hard culture.”
- Dr. Kenneth Fan
“The coolest part of RCTX is the ability for each physician to find their niche. After starting here, I was able to help jumpstart the Driving to Fight Blindness campaign which combines my interests in outreach, fundraising, and research. There is also a lot of opportunity to participate in clinical trials and attend meetings, and so I feel like I get the benefits of a high efficiency private practice without sacrificing academics – it’s a great balance.”
- Dr. Patrick Staropoli
